Ben Parikh is CEO & Founder of Deal Synergy Solutions, a M&A lifecycle advisory and consulting company, specializing in strategy development and deal origination all with a focus on finding the right strategic fit for acquisitions and investments for our clients.

This unique ability has enabled him to deliver successful results by combining vision with strategy and positioning while building consensus with stakeholders and delivering practical execution plans all with an eye on the bottom line.
Ben’s unique background and entrepreneurial career spans 20+ years in both startups and large global public companies. Ben has held executive corporate development leadership roles in companies with annual revenues that exceed $5B and with inorganic growth via acquisitions representing over 35% of total revenue. Additionally, Ben has had equal success in sell-side representation giving him insight into the minds and thought processes of Owners/Founders. This unique real-world experience and skill set has given Ben the ability to bridge a range of M&A deal transactions that span from small tuck-ins and acquihires to large enterprise mergers.
Ben’s career was forged in Silicon Valley armed with a degree in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco which ignited a lifelong passion for technology and all things Hi-Tech.
